The property dates back to 1630 and is a tipical country house recently restored in keeping with the original features of the place, in attractive rustic style.
Surrounded by age-old olive groves and vineyards the property over 3000 sqm has a large fanced garden, illuminated and equipped with all the garden furniture and swimming pool, being an excelent spot for those looking for relax among beautiful countryside and want a break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

For those who want to sample the tuscan art , the history and the local traditions, Tuscany with its artistic heritage including architecture, painting and sculpture, collected in dozens of museum in Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, Arezzo etc, is the perfect detination.

At only 14km away is Lucca, the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, well know for its medieval center surrounded by an impressing fortification, perfectly preserved, famous for its churches and important monuments such as: San Martino Cathedral, San Michele and San Frediano Churches, The Amphitheatre Square, Guinigi Tower and Torre delle Ore (with a wondeful view of Lucca’s plain).
The most important street of Lucca is called Via Fillungo, well known for its elegant shops.
Just inside the city walls it’s possible to rent bicycle to ride arround the walls ( a tract of about 4 km in lengh) among trees, green and antiques ruins.

At only 1 hour away is FLORENCE with an exceptional artistic patrimony, glorious testimony to its secular civilisation. Perhaps the best know is UFFIZZI MUSEUM where you may admire the paintings of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, but also Santa Croce Church square, Piazza della Santissima Annunziata one of the first Rennaissance’s piazzas.

Near the holiday home ( at only 3 km ) is Collodi with its famous Park of Pinocchio, Butterfly House and Garzoni Garden. We suggest you also a visit to the Etruscan Museum at Voltera or at Leonardo’s Museum at Vinci.
You may also enjoy the famous thermal bath of Montecatini at 16 km or those of Bagni di Lucca at 28 km distance.
The golden beaches of Viarreggio and Forte dei Marmi with a spectacular landscape of the Apuan Alps behind, are waiting you at only half an hour car drive ( 35km).
