Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 300€ is required ( for each house ) at your arrival and it is all reimbursed on the day of your departure if aren't caused any damage .
  
• The price per week is targeted for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  
• *The price includes:
  1. final cleaning,
  2. cold and warm water consumption, gas for the kitchen and electricity,
  3. welcome basket and information support about restaurants, places to visit, shopping, local wines for tasting, and so on.


• *The price doesn't includes ( UPON REQUEST ) :
  1. linen and towels - on request, which is 12 € for person for a week.
  2. heating ( for winter season ).
  3. we rent you bikes against payment of Euro 8,00 per bike/day, or Euro 35.00 per bike/week.
  4. weekly cleaning ( on request for rental period more than a week ), 70Euro (Ciclamino), 60 (Fiordaliso), 40 (Trifoglio), 150 (Podere).
  5. for your comfort but only upon request and against payment ,we can make you the first shopping, meaning buy the foods you required us,without pay any extra price but only the ticket.
  
• At the booking moment you'll have to pay 40% of the rental price, and the remainder amount at your arrival in cash. Please note that no credit cards are accepted.
  For the first rental rate we kindly ask you to be done through bank transfer account.
