Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 250€ is required ( for each house ) at your arrival and it is all reimbursed on the day of your departure if aren't caused any damage .
  
• The price per week is targeted for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  

• The price includes:

  
  1. cold and warm water consumption
  2. gas for the kitchen
  3. electricity,
  4. final cleaning
  5. information support about restaurants, places to visit, shopping, local wines for tasting, and so on.



• The price doesn't includes :

• 
  1. linen and towels - on request, which is 12 € for person for a week.
  2. heating ( for winter season ).
