Notes to the rental rates

• A security deposit of 300€ is required ( for each house ) at your arrival and it is all reimbursed on the day of your departure if aren't caused any damage .
  
• The price per week is targeted for stays from Saturday to Saturday.
  

• The price includes:

  
  1. cold and warm water consumption
  2. gas for the kitchen
  3. electricity,
  4. information support about restaurants, places to visit, shopping, local wines for tasting, and so on.



• The price doesn't includes :

  
  1. final cleaning (required),
• 2. linen and towels - on request, which is 12 € for person for a week.
  3. heating ( for winter season ).
  4. weekly cleaning - on request : 70Euro (Ciclamino), 60 (Fiordaliso), 40 (Trifoglio).
  
  
• At the booking moment you'll have to pay 40% of the rental price, and the remainder amount at your arrival in cash..
