The ski resort of Abetone is at only 60 km away and has an excellent snow from Dicember to March. It has direct access to 51km of downhill skiing, with 41 individual pistes, served by 22 ski lifts.
Snowmaking : Abetone is able to augment natural snow through the use of 110 Snow Cannons.
Ski Lift Capacity :The 22 Ski Lifts of Abetone are able to uplift 18,000 skiers / snowboarders per hour.
Abetone offers good sking, particularly, for Intermediate skiers.
