Trifoglio is a charming apartament (60 sqm) new restructuring in compliance with the rustic style, obtained from the processing of the ancient cellars of the property, where they were kept wine and extravirgin olive oil.
A particularity is that the house remain agreably cool even in summer.

There aren't other houses directly close to the property, so the guests could enjoy a tranquil and relaxing holiday in a complet privacy.
The outdoor private area is an excelent spot for relax in the middle of the nature, enjoying stunning views over the cities and countryside below. Here you’ll find all the garden forniture: table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, barbecue, etc.
In the evening  it will be a pleasure to  enjoy the garden with illumination.
The swimming pool ( 7,50 X 3,60 X1,20) at the exclusive use of the guests, is a pleasent spot to relax, to refresh, to sunbath or just to enjoy the outdoor living to the full with ideal temperatures that normally domain this area

The apartment is suitable for 4 people and consists in a living room with sofa bed, dining area and a well fitted kitchenette even with marble sink to create a tipical rustic atmosphere.
The living room still preserves 2 original restored wall stones and 2 stone arches complete its beauty.
The bedroom has a large doubble bed in wrought iron with hypoallergenic latex mattress and cestnut wooden furniture in the charming lucchesian style of '900, with bright windows opening to the beautiful panoramic view of the hills of Lucca.The bedroom has a large glass door opened to the private outdoor area.
The bathroom is superlative very well finished in agreement with the rustic style, using bio-construction materials.

Trifoglio has also a laundries room about 9 sqm, with access from the interior  as well as from  the exterior of the house, where it's placed the washing machine and the stretch cloths. Here is also the second shower enclosure.
The house has also a small porch wich has a common wall stones with the house a perfect place for relaxing or having meals, equipped with table and chairs.
